Practiced my follow focus techniques today at the Maui Owie roller derby match. It was fun with lots of action. The Nikon 7000 coupled with the 70-200 f2.8 VR II well, and most shots were in pretty good focus -- those that weren't were more my fault for losing the focusing spot than the camera's.
